NEXT STEPS CROCHET: Fingerless Mitts (materials included)
Monday 28th February 2021 10am - 3pm with Janet Friel in the beautiful countryside setting of Chesterblade Hills
Come and spend the day with Janet learning how to crochet fingerless mitts in the round and increase and decrease to get the perfect fit, using Janet's own design.
The class will be useful for gaining confidence reading a pattern. Make the basic mitten pattern your own by learning different ways to edge and embellish it.
We will provide tea, coffee, cake/biscuits and a light lunch. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. If you would prefer to bring your own food that is totally fine, just let us know.
Skills required: Basic crochet skills i.e. making and working into a foundation chain, knowledge of double crochet stitch.
Materials provided: 50g of DK (double knit) weight yarn (plus extra for edgings/embellishments) and a 4mm crochet hook are provided.

Please note that we need a minimum of 2 attendees in order to run the course.
Covid: Please do a lateral flow test up to 24 hours before the course is due to start and do not attend if you, or anyone you live with, have a positive test, a temperature or any symptoms. In accordance with current guidelines, please wear a face mask (if you are exempt, please let us know beforehand). If you are unable to attend due to Covid, please let us know and we will do our very best to transfer you to a future course date.
We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations with less than 2 week's notice. This is in order to give us a chance to fill the space. If you cancel at less than 2 week's notice and we are able to fill your space, we can offer you a transfer to the next available course date.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course due to illness or such like, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and either refund you or transfer you to the next available course date, depending on your preference.
