UPDATE: The shop has closed to passing trade but we are still trading online!
We’ll try to answer a few questions you may have:
...you want to shop online:We are prioritising getting as much of our stock as we can onto the website. Up until now the website has acted more as a shop front to give a flavour of what we offer in the real shop.
N.B. We are also able to process orders and payments over the phone if you are after a product that hasn't made it online yet. Please email us at email@example.com with your phone number if you want us to call you.
...you live in Frome and are self-isolating?:
Whilst the country is in a state of lockdown, we are only able to post orders as we are trying to minimise our journeys outside of our homes. We are trying to do 2 post runs a week.
...the shop is forced to close?
It's happened. We've made the difficult decision to close the shop to passing trade for the foreseeable.
Right now, our intention is to come into the shop for a couple of days a week to return phone messages and package up orders. If you phone, just leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can, but email will be more reliable.
We keep our postal charges as low as possible (see our shipping page) and are still able to post orders. If we are posting something small and it can go as a letter/large letter, we will refund the difference in postage cost.
Short of total lockdown or the postal service packing up, we will find a way to get your goods to you!
...you want to support us but you don't need anything right now?:
You can share our social media posts, big us up to your friends or even buy a gift voucher online to use at a later date. We'll also be organising some online get togethers using video conferencing software so we can still hang out, even if it's virtually. More details to follow!
